我认为在班上的话，除了同学就是老师，所以没必要用ladies and gentlemen～直接说 dear teacher,dear friends(或者boys and girls),good ~(morning,afternoon……)。Today I'd like to talk something about……然后就接正文了说完之后，Ok,that's all ,thanks for listening!

没有看到你的演讲内容好难讲清楚。英语演讲开头的主要作用是引起观众的兴趣和注意，最简单的方式是讲一个故事或者笑话，或者提一个问题。在讲完之后就可以把你要演讲的内容讲出来了。结尾的时候主要把你讲的内容总结一下，不要超过一分钟！可以采取的办法由1）重新回到你开头讲的故事2）回答你开头提的问题3）找一个简短的句子，一定是祈使句,就像我们平时做演讲喊以下口号，4）重新扣一下你的演讲题目。例如：Let's live a healthy life./ Treasure the healthy life. 关于其他演讲技巧，你可以参考以下这个网站www.toastmasters.org/
可以去参考有关演讲方面的书重要色的是要看你是什么演讲,针对的是什么类容,而且你的听众是谁?
